The documented Paris Streets Mirrors of Life are in Central Sewer Drain, west of the Bridge of the Millers along its upper route, and on the western side of the Undercity. Interact with a mirror when you reach it to save, recover health, and replenish potions. This page covers those three described locations, not a verified complete list for every region.
Mirrors are blue save points. Using one also brings roaming monsters back, so a cleared approach may be populated again after you rest.

These descriptions identify separate checkpoints. They do not supply coordinates or establish that Paris Streets contains no other mirrors beyond the documented entries.
Find the first mirror after the well
Falling through the Ruined Market Well places Rose on the route toward Central Sewer Drain. Head east to the first documented Mirror of Life. Interacting with it gives you a checkpoint before continuing farther into the sewer route.
Check that the save interaction has occurred before setting out again. Simply walking past the blue mirror is not a substitute for using the checkpoint.
Check the upper branch near the bridge
The second described mirror is west of the Bridge of the Millers. The route qualifier matters: follow the upper path and check its end room rather than searching every lower branch beneath the bridge.
If you have already reached the bridge and need a safer return point, use the bridge as your starting landmark. The description does not establish a shortcut from every neighboring room, so match the branch on your in-game map.
Search the west side of the Undercity
The third described mirror sits in a room on the western side of the Undercity. Compare your explored rooms with that side of the sub-area before leaving for another long route.
A checkpoint near your current objective can be more useful than one nearer the beginning of the region. Keep track of which mirror you last used, especially before committing to a boss attempt.
Use the hidden mirror travel interaction
Mirrors have a travel interaction in addition to their checkpoint function. Crouching near a Mirror of Life for a few seconds can move Rose to a room of mirrors. From there, crouch in front of an available destination mirror to travel to it.
The available destinations correspond to mirrors already found. Do not treat this as a way to select an undiscovered room or to complete a missing location without reaching it first.
Keep the location list's boundary clear
The three Paris Streets routes above are the entries supported by specific written descriptions. The broader world includes many more save points, but this page does not verify every room or a final mirror total. A general instruction to follow blue routes or look for large rooms cannot replace a named location when checking the last missing checkpoint.
