Text and voice support are different
The official product page lists two audio languages and eleven text languages. Text support does not mean that full voice acting is available in each language.

Stuck after returning to the title page?
KONAMI describes a problem with certain system languages, mainly Arabic: after saving and quitting to the title page, some players cannot continue past it. The documented workaround is to change the system language to a supported language such as English, then continue with the existing save. The notice does not ask you to delete that save.
That sequence matters. It is separate from the Windows V-Sync OFF / Unlimited FPS launch problem, covered in PC launch troubleshooting. A different symptom does not prove that changing language is the correct solution.
Chinese support and this wiki
Both Traditional and Simplified Chinese appear in the official text list. This wiki also has a small Traditional Chinese pilot covering core systems and official troubleshooting. Only pages with a translated counterpart appear as direct language alternatives; untranslated English guides are not presented as Chinese pages.
